This week Maggie got a full groom for the first time in what feels like forever. I can't help but think she looks like a one of Penny's stuffies. Can't handle the cuteness.
Books
I've been listening to Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey. I absolutely love it. I don't know if it's the writing or the story or just listening to him narrate it but I am enjoying every second of it. He is just so fascinating. And I love his voice so much.
As part of my reiki training I committed to reading 20 minutes of a spiritual book every day. Right now I'm reading A Still Small Voice by Echo Bodine. It's about finding and listening to your intuition - very interesting.
Clothes
I bought this pastel cardigan from Gap and am in love. It's the perfect cardigan for spring.
I ordered a bunch of things from Tuckernuck for the spring and kept this black henley and this navy eyelet trim blouse. Love them both. Would look great with white jeans, which I need a new pair of.
I bought and kept this pair of jeans from AYR. I have the Chiller style which is their skinny jeans and love them. I wanted to try "The Bomb Pop" in an effort to try some non-skinny jeans. I think they're the most flattering out of all the non-skinny jeans I've tried.
I found out about this bra from a recent trunk from Trunk Club. It's seamless and so comfortable! I love Trunk Club for basics. I typically keep 1-2 things from each trunk . It's really easy to try on jeans that way and I've found some new brands that I wouldn't have bought myself. I started with Trunk Club when Penny was a baby and honestly haven't stopped. It's been great in the pandemic when I don't want to go to a mall.
I have a full cart at both Shopbop and Emerson Fry with some things that are on my wishlist. It includes this eyelet blouse (I love a white blouse), this short sleeved sweatshirt, this pastel cardigan, this Sleeper dress, and another eyelet blouse.
Kids
I bought Penny an Easter dress and she's obsessed with it. She wants to wear it everyday to school. I just need to find a cute little sweater to go with it.
I also bought her this sweet bow to go with the dress on Easter.
A friend told me about this Etsy shop for girls' headbands and Penny loves the ones I bought for her.

Miscellaneous
A friend just told me how much she loves this Revision lip gloss that I told her about. It's sticky but stays on for a long time and looks really nice on. I haven't had chapped lips all winter while using it. In the mornings after I wash my face I put on the Algenist collagen lip stuff and let it dry. Then I put on the Revision. It's been a good combo for me.
I love this Champion hat that I recently bought. It's a great color for spring and I feel a little more pulled together when I throw it on when my hair is a mess for morning drop off.
